Chapatti
South Indian Thali
Ingredients:
~Wheat flour- 1 cup
~1 table spoon of salt (add to your liking)
~water- 1 1/2 cup
~table spoon of oil

Methods:
-Pour the wheat flour , salt and oil into a bowl and mix the ingredients.
-Add 1/2 cup of water to the flour mixture and stir the mixture until its soft and supple
-Add the remaining water slowly, kneading until it's fully combined

Methods:
-Cover the dough for 25 minutes, so that it becomes soft
-Divide the dough into 10-12 small balls, and dip them into flour
-Roll the dough with a rolling pin until the balls resemble thin tortillas
-Heat a frying pan, or griddle over medium heat and cook each chapatti on both sides (add oil or ghee for extra flavor)
ENJOY
Remove the Chapathi from the heat and eat it with a side dish like Moong dal!
